RONALD HOLDER ART - original art with a difference!
 | IntroductionIn 2008, my wonderful friendship with Ronald Holder started when he showed up at my doorstep for his first art class. As a medical doctor and single parent, initially art was merely an escape from a stressful life to Ronald. Soon it grew into an incredible passion for him. Ronald always continued painting enthusiastically regardless of his mood, and art lifted his spirits every time. Through the years, Ronald has developed his own unique style and gained distinctive confidence in his art. It was clear that he began to unfold as a magnificent artist. He was a great connoisseur of art and truly inspired me with all his knowledge on the medium. Using the absolute best and most expensive art materials was one of the principles that Ronald believed obsessively. Ronald's eye for color and his sense of texture was something that occurred naturally to him. In the years that I have taught art, I have never come across a student with the remarkable passion for art that Ronald had. Sadly, Ronald Holder passed away on 4 April 2012 due to a heart attack. I will always remember Ronald’s sense of humor, his enthusiastic talent and the good company he provided to me as a friend. Ronald will always remain in our hearts and we miss him dearly. Ronald's family approached me about all his artworks. Consequently I created this website in commemoration of Ronald. This website’s purpose is also to sell his artworks to anyone that is interested.
